We organize bootcamps and mentorship sessions for esports players. The latest one was for Commonwealth Esports Championship team Kenya.
They had the honor of visiting Africa’s 100M sprint record holder Ferdinand Omanyala training camp and learn from the African champion how elite performers prepare for major competitions.
Scope Markets Kenya CONSULTancy
In June 2022, acting as consultants, we helped Scope Markets Kenya tap into the opportunity of being title sponsors of the national commonwealth esports qualifiers and sponsors of the national esports team representing Kenya in Birmingham.
They were able to get 9x overall AVE of the sponsorship fee that they invested.
Also, in 2020, when Scope Markets Kenya had just set up shop in Kenya, we partnered them with Football Kenya Federation for an esports activation featuring Kenyan soccer legends Arnold Origi and Victor Wanyama. The stream of the esports exhibition match generated over 26 000 views giving Scope Markets that much needed brand awareness.
Commonwealth Esports Championship Kenya Qualifiers
In June 2022, we played the role for tournament organizers for the Esports Federation of Kenya as they recruited players to represent Kenya in the Commonwealth Esports Championship in Birmingham, United Kingdom.
We were also responsible for packaging and promoting the tournament to sponsors and we managed to get scope markets Kenya as sponsors.
eLigue 1 Tour TOURNAMENT ORGANIZERS
Through our esports division, IndexG Esports, We partnered with French top tier soccer league, the Ligue1 Uber Eats in their global esports competition, the eLigue1 Tour in March 2022.
As tournament organizers we run a successful Kenyan leg of the competition that saw Kenyan gamers compete for a chance to visit Paris and battle for a $10 000 prize pool.
We also created content around the competition, the highlight being the stream of the Kenyan grand finals that clocked over 30 000 viewers on YouTube.
GamrX Africa
Through our esports division, IndexG Esports, we worked with Nigerian based organization Gamr Africa in running a continental esports competition known us the GAMRX AFRICA CHALLENGE which brought together 12 African nations.
On March 6th 2022, we run the national qualifiers on the Kenyan edition where gamers competed for a chance to represent Kenya in Lagos, Nigeria.
We created content around the competition to help promote the newly launched Gamr app and also offered training to the Kenyan representative who managed a quarter final exit in Lagos.
Football Kenya Federation Activation
We have led the Football Kenya federation entry into esports and gaming, starting with organizing exhibition matches between national team players.
Victor Wanyama vs Arnold fun FIFA match was the entry point, garnering over 26 000 views on its live stream.
