TRIBE GENERAL CODE OF CONDUCT:

  1. No toxicity towards other teams. ONE EVENT penalty for players found toxic. Grievous offenses will attract increased penalties.

  2. Players are NOT allowed to change their in-game names during the course of a tournament except specified that it's allowed. No submission of proof of uid will be accepted.

  3. Teams are allowed to dispute discrepancies (especially clan tags, special characters, punctuations, capital or small letters) between the player name registered in the registration channel from the actual in-game name which will result in a disqualification of any maps played by that player.

  4. In case of a team having incomplete players at the start of the game (network kicking a player), the affected team can only return to the lobby within 30 seconds given first damage hasn't been done.

  5. Teams have a 10-minute waiting time after lobby creation to field at least 4 players present in the lobby before being disqualified. Teams are to start 4v5 if their last player isn't forthcoming after 10 minutes. Teams have a 5-minute waiting time after the first match must have been played to play consecutive matches otherwise, they are disqualified from that map.

  6. Teams can only request proof of fing recording against a suspecting opponent BEFORE the match, NOT AFTER And the request has to be approved by a moderator before it is valid. Only recordings that identify the player by showing the **Mini Map and Score details** count as valid proof.

  7. Teams are allocated a 10-minute dispute period to present any disputes and proof. Any request brought after the 10-minute time frame will be voided and the brackets will move on.

  8. Mods have the right to request a recording, a phone call a live Video call, or any other valid proof at any time, BEFORE or AFTER a match. Mods can rescind decisions made in rule 7 or any rule at any time.

  9. Leaving an active game just before the match ends to avoid being in the match stats is prohibited. Leaving a game limits Stat Sheet from that individual player to be checked and thus, any player who leaves a match will lead to a map disqualification for their team. Players with genuine connection issues should show video recording proof (teammates can screenshot the time of exit as proof)

Teams are encouraged and implored to either;

  • Quickly Cross-Check their opponent's User ID in the lobby with the registration channel or

  • Assign one player to Take screenshots of each opponent player's uid from their profile and then cross-check the User ID after the match is over and if there are any discrepancies, report to a mod immediately for dispute and disqualification of the opponent.
